In Duisburg the Emscherstrasse exists twice. The Emscherstraße at the Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord is in Duisburg-Obermeiderich. Navigation systems show the districts Duisburg-Meiderich or Duisburg-Hamborn.
By public transport
From Duisburg Hbf (Main Railway Station) take the tram 903 direction Dinslaken to the stop 'Landschaftspark-Nord', from there onto Emscherstrasse. The park is approx. 10 minutes on foot. Route descriptions to the park are at the tram stop.
Please note: At Duisburg Hbf, the tram station is located at the lower level underneath the Main Railway Station! Please follow the blue and white U-signs (Underground).
By busses 906 or 910 to the stop 'Landschaftspark-Nord', from there onto Emscherstrasse. The park is approx. 10 minutes on foot. Route descriptions to the park are at the bus stop.
Take the NE3 night bus as far as the “Hüttenwerk” stop (approx. a 1 minute walk).

By bicycle
The Landscape Park Duisburg Nord is connected to the regional cycle trails the "Emscher Park Cycle Route / Green Path" and the "Industrial Heritage Cycle Route", which both lead directly to the site. The "Ruhr Valley Cycle Route" is also very close by. Emmericher Strasse crosses the cycle route just before the Nullzeit Diving Center. To get to the Landschaftspark, follow this until Emmericher Strasse turns into Neumühler Strasse (B8). You’ll then be able to see the Landscape Park.
Cycle racks can be found right next to the Landscape Park entrance and outside the entrance to the Main Switching House.
Niederrhein, Revier and Metropol bikes can be picked up and dropped off in the Landscape Park.

By car
From Dortmund:
A42 exit Duisburg-Neumühl, then right onto the B8 direction Duisburg-Obermeiderich as far as Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
From motorway junction Kamp-Lintfort:
A42 exit Duisburg-Neumühl, then right onto the B8 direction Duisburg-Obermeiderich as far as Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
From Cologne/Düsseldorf:
A3 direction Oberhausen as far as exit Oberhausen-Lirich, right onto the Essen-Steeler-Strasse as far as B8, left, next right onto the Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
From Arnhem:
A3 direction Oberhausen as far as exit Oberhausen-Lirich, right onto the Essen-Steeler-Strasse as far as B8, left, next right onto the Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
From Dinslaken/Wesel:
A59 direction Duisburg, exit Althamborn, left, right at 2nd set of lights onto the Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
From Düsseldorf/Duisburg centre:
A59 direction Wesel, exit Althamborn, left, right at the lights onto the Emscherstrasse (please follow the signs).
By taxi

Environmental zone
Since January 2012, the Ruhr Valley is an environmental zone. The Landscape Park is situated in the city of Duisburg’s environmental zone. Please remember when arriving by car to display the correct emisson sticker (green) on your windscreen. The yellow or red sticker is no longer valid. Parking
The Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord has a large visitor car park directly opposite the main park entrance. The visitor car park has 1,500 spaces and parking is free.
