The user may publish the images I have produced without temporal restriction, regardless of the transmission, carrier and storage technologies (especially electronic technologies) for illustration and advertising purposes in a visitor photo album on the internet sites www.landschaftspark.de and www.facebook. com/landschaftspark. For technical reasons, the user publishes submitted photos in a Facebook photo album. The images are published in accordance with the current Facebook T&Cs and are not passed on to other third parties or used for commercial purposes. I agree that this release shall also be binding on the user’s assignees. I confirm full and final settlement of any claims on my part. I am the author of the submitted image(s) and release the user from any claims by third parties.
